At present we only hire castles for use of children, the insurance company we currently deal with does not permit children over the age of 14 years to use the castles. Please read our full terms and conditions.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS ANYONE OVER THE AGE OF 14 TO USE THE BOUNCY CASTLE
RULES OF HIRE AGREEMENT
1. Extreme caution should be taken with extension cables and the electric blower. The fan is not to be covered with anything.
2. You must ensure that there is a responsible adult supervising when in use at all times.
3. You the hirer are responsible for the safe keeping and the securing of the castle on hire to you. Any loss or damage to the castle, you will be billed for.
4. Children must remove there footwear before using the castle and must be prevented from climbing the walls of the castle.
5. Food, drink and pets are forbidden to use the bouncy castle.
6. You must ensure the children are prevented from going round the back and where possible the sides of the castle.
7. The castle must be returned in a clean and tidy condition.
8. All castles are checked on delivery and you signing the hire agreement also indicate that you have checked the castle and you are happy with the condition and the cleanliness of the castle.
9. Please ensure that the fan is turned off ten minutes prior to the castle being picked up.
10. You must at least every hour when in use walk around the castle and ensure that all of the anchor points are secure. If they are found to be loose, play must cease immediately and the anchor points be re-secured, only once this has been done by a responsible adult may play on the castle resume.
11. If it begins to rain you must ensure that all electrical equipment and cables are suitably waterproofed, and play ease as the material on the castles becomes very slippery.
2. If the castle is in use for long periods of time, you must cease play on the castle, ensure everyone is off and turn the electrical blower off to allow it to cool down. It is suggested that every 5 hours you turn the blower off and allow it to cool for 20 minutes.
13. If there is an accident, play must cease immediately. And first aid must be at hand whilst the castle is on hire to you.
14. If an accident does occur and it is found that it was due negligence and improper use of the bouncy castle, Bouncy World will accept no responsibility or liability and you the hirer will be held responsible.
15. If you have any concerns, cease play on the castle and phone us immediately for assistance and advice.
16. If a minor accident has occurred whilst in use and it does not require medical attention we must be informed when we pick the castle us so it can be recorded in our accident book.
17. If the inflatable is hired out to a Hall, any damages caused to the hall by our equipment must be reported when we pick up our equipment as Bouncy World will not accept any liability or responsibility for damages reported after we have left.
18. Once the inflatable has been set up by us it is not to be moved and set up anywhere else as this will make the liability insurance void.
19. Children must be prevented from performing dangerous practices such as summersaults, climbing of the walls and alike on the inflatable.
20. Please do not allow children of different ages on the castle at the same time.
21. Limit the castle to a safe number, if the children are bumping into each other there are too many on.
